Information For Recruiters

Notice to Staffing Vendors, Search Firms and Recruitment Agencies:

An important note about privacy: Nektar is committed to your privacy and will not ask for sensitive personal information such as social security number, date of birth or bank account details via email or social media platforms.  We do not interview candidates on Wire, Google Hangouts or similar public platforms.  Any questions about job listings can be directed to jobs@nektar.com.  We also do not hire for “at-home data entry” positions.

The recruitment process at Nektar Therapeutics is managed through the Human Resources and Recruitment departments. For candidates to be considered, they must be presented through one of our recruiters. Recruiters are not to contact any Nektar Therapeutics employees directly in an attempt to present candidates.

To protect the interests of all parties involved, Nektar Therapeutics requires a signed contract to be in place before the presentation of any candidates. We do not accept unsolicited resumes from staffing vendors, including recruitment agencies and/or search firms, and do not pay fees to any such vendors without a current contract on file. Nektar Therapeutics does not accept unsolicited resumes from any source other than directly from candidates and will not pay a fee for any unsolicited resumes.

Any recruitment agency interested in a business relationship with Nektar Therapeutics should forward their information to jobs@nektar.com. Once your corporate literature is received, we will let you know if we are interested in pursuing a partnership.
